North American B-25H Mitchell ‘Dog Daize’ of the 82nd BS, 12th BG, December 1943, in 1/72 scale.
The kit is top-notch, as you’d expect from Hasegawa. Although I did have some fitting problems around the nose when it came to adding the shortened 4-gun and cannon nose cone. It took a lot of sanding to get this area right. Some of the decals gave me some problems, particularly the small ones – those on the air screw blades for example.
Aside from adding aerial lines, the kit is made straight from the box and uses kit decals.
This is 100% brush painted and is the last model to be done so. Overall scheme is Olive Drab with mid grey undersides. Paints used where Humbrol enamels throughout.
