Spitfire Mk LF XVIe. 1/48th scale. Old Airfix kit. Not a kit I would recommend. Loads of problems with accuracy, not least that cockpit windscreen, and very thick wings.
To try and make something of this kit, I added cannon barrels, exhaust stubs, radio mast and new prop blades.
If you come across this specific kit, best leave it be. Airfix’s latest Spitfires are fantastic though – see my Mk Vb here.
